1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OpenSEO Recipe Network (“the App”), available at https://seo.nexacod.cloud. In these Terms, “we” and “us” mean the team that operates the App, and “you” means the person using it. By signing in to or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The App
The App is a self-hosted search engine optimisation (SEO) dashboard built on the open-source OpenSEO software. It provides keyword research, search result and ranking data, site audits, Google Search Console and Google Analytics reports, and content planning for websites we operate, including therecipecorner.recipes, dailydishy.online, simplysavora.com and thedailywhisk.site.
The App is private. It is not offered to the public, and accounts are available only by invitation.
3. Accounts and access
- You may use the App only through an account created from an invitation, and you must be at least 18 years old.
- Each account is for one person. Keep your password, sessions and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly at contact@nexacod.cloud if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
- We may disable or remove accounts, for example when a team member no longer needs access.
4. Acceptable use
Use the App only for websites and properties that you own or are authorised to manage. You must not:
- use the App in breach of any law or anyone else’s rights;
- access, or attempt to access, data, accounts or properties you are not authorised to use;
- probe, scan or test the App for vulnerabilities, or bypass its security, authentication or rate limits;
- overload the App or its data providers, including through excessive automated requests;
- run site audits or crawls against websites without permission, or in a way that harms them;
- share your account, API keys or exported data with anyone who is not authorised to have them;
- upload malicious code, or use the App in a way that breaks Google’s terms or those of any other provider.
5. Google accounts and data
You can connect a Google account through Google OAuth to give the App read-only access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics data. By connecting, you confirm that you are allowed to grant that access for the properties you select. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s own terms.
You can disconnect at any time under Integrations in the App, or by removing the App’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We handle Google user data as described in our Privacy Policy and in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
6. API and automated access
The App offers API keys and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint for approved tools, such as our internal content-planning system. API keys are confidential and tied to your workspace, and we may revoke them at any time. Automated clients must respect the App’s rate limits, and you are responsible for actions taken with your keys.
7. Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services, including Google, DataForSEO and our hosting provider. Their availability, accuracy and pricing are outside our control, and their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party services or for data they supply.
8. SEO data and no guarantees
Search volumes, keyword difficulty, rankings, traffic estimates, audit findings and scores in the App come from third-party data and automated analysis. They are estimates and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. The App does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, indexing, revenue or any other result. You are responsible for your decisions and for any content you publish based on information from the App.
9. Your data
Projects, keywords, notes, reports and other information you add to the App remain yours, or your organisation’s. You allow us to store and process that information only to operate the App for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Open-source software
The App is built on OpenSEO, which is published under the MIT License. These Terms govern your use of our installation of the App. They do not restrict any rights the MIT License grants for the OpenSEO software itself. The authors of OpenSEO do not operate this installation and are not responsible for it.
11. Fees
The App is provided free of charge to invited users. We will not charge you anything without telling you in advance and getting your agreement.
12. Availability, suspension and termination
- We provide the App on an “as available” basis. We may change or remove features, carry out maintenance, or discontinue the App.
- We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if your use creates a security risk for the App, its users or others.
- You may stop using the App at any time and ask us to delete your account.
- When access ends, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections 8, 13, 14 and 15 continue to apply.
13. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, traffic, search rankings, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to fifty US dollars (USD 50). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Disputes
If you have a concern about the App, contact us first at contact@nexacod.cloud. We will try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Nothing in these Terms affects rights you have under mandatory law where you live.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify account users before the changes take effect. If you keep using the App after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
